About the Role:
As a full-stack engineer, you will work closely with the CTO and a team of engineers from Alloy, Robinhood, Uber, and Square to architect, build out, and deliver products end-to-end, from writing database migrations to building and styling React components.
Responsibilities:

— You will contribute to architectural decisions and build new infrastructure, services, and applications from zero-to-one
— You will collaborate cross-functionally to understand complex systems and business logic and turn it into scalable and user-friendly software
— You will recruit your future team members and coach them to help them grow
— You are autonomous and high agency, with a track record of solving ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
— 3+ years of experience as a software engineer
— Experience with web programming and frameworks, REST APIs, asynchronous processing, and application backends
— Experience building products using any of the following: Next.js, React, Vue.js, Svelte, or Angular
— Proficiency in any of the following: Kotlin, Java, Go, C/C++, Python, Ruby, or JavaScript/TypeScript
— Experience working with MySQL or PostgreSQL
— Experience with modern build systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
— Strong problem solving skills
— Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
